About US
Saskatchewan Potash Experts
Our adaptation of solution mining eliminates the need for fresh water usage, which is a significant drawback of other solution mining practices. 75% of Saskatchewan’s potash resources (125 billion tonnes) can be economically mined in an eco-friendly way using our HLD Selective Solution Mining technology. We have currently partnered with two local communities, the City of Estevan and the Ocean Man First Nation, to construct two HLD mines to feed a centralized crop nutrient facility based in Estevan. At Buffalo Potash Corp, we wish to engage our local communities and Indigenous First Nations in creating sustainable economic opportunities for our potash. We want to give back to our communities by using local supplies, services, and labour.
